All jewelry items are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, weight, or design may occur due to lighting, craftsmanship, or screen display.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in local currency and may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gold, silver, or gemstone market rates.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made before delivery of the product. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or after a deposit is made for customized items.

5. Custom Jewelry

Customized or personalized jewelry orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Customized jewelry items are non-returnable.

  • The store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy.

7. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Repair Services

Repair services may be available for an additional fee depending on the damage and material used.

9. Product Certification

Diamonds and gemstones may come with certification where applicable.

The store is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the product has been delivered to the customer.
